Joan Spins Again - Volume 1 (re-up)

In response to a request, here is a re-up of "Joan Selects - Volume 1". The remaining three volumes will be re-upped later in the week.

This second series of compilations by Joan consisted of short LP length selections of vintage R&B. There are just 18 tracks here, but, hey, they're all killer, etc. I would like to state here and now that "535" by The Dreamers is one humungous piece of rockin' rhythm 'n' blues. Download and hear for yourselves!

The original post with label shots, etc can be read here:

And here is your new download link:

Thanks very much for the re-ups, even though I've enjoyed them since the original-ups. Is there any chance of a re-up of a post from 26 January 2009 titled Roy Milton - The Later Roy Milton, please? Also, would you know of any sources for the 1957 Roy Milton on King Records recording Skid Row? Cheers!

Hi Mike - I can't find a source for "Skid Row", apart from people selling the original single. I've included a plea for help in the Joan Spins Again Volume 2 post.
